Beansntatersmama

This blog will be written by a stay at home mom/student. I am trying to enjoy every minute of life I get and raise my children to be happy with what we have been given. Anything written here will be by me, for my well being and piece of mind. I want to open other peoples eyes, and let them see that we can make it on less.

Happy anniversary

Well today is my eighth anniversary. I love my husband and I know that he loves me. We have three kids five, four, and one. I am about to tell you how to have a cheap anniversary. He dug taters and I picked them up and placed them in the wagon. We listened as our boys and the boy next door had a whole pretend monster chasing good time in the high grass, and watched as our baby girl (aka the tank) climbed over tater rows and tried to eat taters dirt and all. I've heard that soil encrusted potatoes are a delicacy for toddlers, high in minerals. (not really so don't try this at home) We are having leftover ham, green beans and taters, and wonderful yeast rolls from the neighbor on the hill. The kids are now clean and in jammies and I'm waiting my turn for the shower and I believe we will call it a night. You may think me simple and I guess I am, I don't need a lot of fluff to be happy. I just want to tuck everyone in at night and know that we are safe, healthy, and pray that the good lord will keep us that way.
